Highland-Biltmore Civic League

We invite all residents and homeowners to join the Highland-Biltmore Civic League. The League's mission is to be a positive force in the neighborhood and when necessary, attempt to promote the general will of the residents before the local government. In addition to promoting continued friendliness and help among residents, the League will attempt to create an atmosphere of strong pride where the residents can come together in maintaining life quality.

Member dues are $10.00 per year. 

All General Meetings take place at Biltmore Baptist Church at 7:00 PM. All residents are welcome - Civic League members and non-members.
