Membership

If you live in the designated area on our neighborhood map, you are a part of the Highland-Biltmore community. Annual dues per person is $10 which can be paid either every March or $1 monthly. From these dues, we pay the monthly classroom usage fee to Biltmore Baptist Church, support the Hoffler Creek Wildlife Foundation and other organizations upon which we vote.

Our civic league officers are elected every March as well.

What does a civic league do?

Being a part of a civic league affords you opportunities to meet your neighbors, valuable information about community happenings, a chance to meet and directly speak with our Neighborhood Impact Officer and Inspection Officer, and more.
